Commissions need a minimum of seven days notice. A 50 percent deposit confirms the allocation and the balance is due at pickup or before delivery. Cancellations more than 72 hours before the date are refunded in full less the deposit. Later cancellations are not refunded. Pickup windows are held for 30 minutes.
